Our application-based workshops engage participants through exercises and discussion. In most cases, clients are able to work on one of their own specific issues or problems and work toward resolution during the training class. Our goal is for participants to learn, practice and internalize key concepts, enhancing their ability to be more effective immediately after training.
How we improve results
After we learn about why you want to conduct training and what you are looking to change, we’ll customize a workshop to fit your needs. Many times, this phase includes a pre-meeting to gather process information and data to be used in class and to establish accountability.
Where the investment makes sense, we recommend follow-up coaching to individuals to provide feedback and reinforce tools and techniques learned in the workshop. We might also recommend a follow-up meeting with management to assure desired changes and business results have occurred.
We have many “off-the-shelf” programs and have partnerships with other companies who provide training in other performance improvement topics. Regardless of the workshop, we’re able to present materials in a way that fits your needs.
