JOB SET-UP OPTIMIZATION & ERROR PROOFING PROGRAM

Manufacturers wishing to improve job set-up performance will benefit from this results-oriented program. This program is designed to reduce downtime, improve quality and increase customer satisfaction. This is a proactive approach to fending off problems that utilizes error proofing, standardized work and changeover process simplification. As a result, manufacturers can maintain a defect-free reputation while reducing scrap and eliminating non-value added set-up time.

The workshop takes place at the manufacturer's location, in close proximity to the line under review. It is most successful when a cross-functional team of 5 to 16 participants, including operators, participate in this unique program.
